Gayle L. Eagan

GAYLE L. EAGAN, Past President of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York (1996-97) and the Western New York Chapter of WBASNY (1992-93), is a partner in the Estate and Trusts Practice Group of the law firm of Jaeckle, Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, concentrating her practice on estate planning, trusts and estate administration, surrogate's court practice, and elder law (including guardianship proceedings). Ms. Eagan is a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel and is a member of the Erie County Bar Association's Surrogate's Court Practice and Procedure and Elder Law Committees and is a district delegate for the Elder Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Eagan is President of the Estate Analysts of Western New York and also serves as secretary of the Community Foundation of Greater Buffalo. She is a past president of the Board of Directors of Legal Services for the Elderly, Disabled and Disadvantaged of Western New York. Ms. Eagan received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Buffalo Law School, her M.S. in Counseling from Canisius College, and her B.A. in Mathematics from Medaille College. She is the 2006 recipient of the Marilyn Menge Memorial Award from WBASNY and the 2000 recipient of the M. Dolores Denman Lady Justice Award from the WNY Chapter of WBASNY.
