Twenty five years ago, a small group of women came together to form the Western New York Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. While many of the challenges which inspired that initial group of women to band together have dissipated, too many of them remain, and new challenges have emerged. What has not changed is our organization’s commitment to meet those challenges and to offer a supportive environment for any attorney dedicated to the advancement of women in the legal profession and in society as a whole. |
