ELIZABETH A. KRAENGEL, Local Director, is an associate with Duke, Holzman, Photiadis & Gresens LLP, where she focuses on business and commercial litigation. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science summa cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she received the Dean Sheehan Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Elizabeth achieved her Juris Doctor at the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School where she was awarded the Buffalo Public Interest Law Program Grant to provide legal services to immigrants and refugees at the International Institute of Buffalo. While in law school, she spent a term abroad in Madrid where she studied European Union and Spanish Constitutional law. Elizabeth has volunteered for the Volunteer Lawyers Project and has served as an attorney advisor for the High School Mock Trial Tournament. She is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, United States District Court for the Western District of New York, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County. This is her first year as a local director for the Western New York Chapter.
