MONICA PIGA WALLACE, Local Director, is a Confidential Law Clerk to Hon. Richard J. Arcara, Chief Judge for the United States District Court, Western District of New York.  Ms. Wallace graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School in 1994, and in 1990, graduated with high honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton.  She is a former Staff Attorney to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and a former Associate of Phillips Lytle, LLP. Ms. Wallace is a member of the Judiciary Committee for the Women’s Bar Association for the State of New York and Chair of the Employment Law Committee.  She has also served as the Chapter’s Local Director and a Programs Committee Co-Chair.
